Description

Zerdun's workers
Catherine Railman, President of Zeridis.
Member: World Assembly Party

On this picture, Zerdun workers are constructing the railroad on high mountains neared by Crusder Hill country (2036 - 2039).

Building the railroad and connecting Crusder Hill country which is located on the north side of Mtossa is quite difficult for any railroad companies because the mountain's condition of the north is extremely cold and rough. In addition, there is lack of oxygen on the high altitude of the ground.

Due to lack of system of transpiration, only flying vehicles such as helicopter and airplane can deploy the workers.

Ms. Railman, Catharine, who is 7th generation of Railroad business family, successfully completed the railroad construction. Since she hired and deployed the elves workers, she paid less constructing the railroad, and spent less time consuming. After she built the railroad, the government decided to grant her honor of contributing society, medical performance, and job performance in 2039 when she was 51 years old.
She becomes a president of Zeridis country since she is elected in 2042.

Zerdun (elf) workers only requires 1 ekels (1.4 dollars ) for hours while Mtossa (Human) workers require over 3 ekels per hour. Even though constructing machine might be better performance than Zerdun workers, comparing the ratio job performance, they work more than machines do. These workers are very enthusiastic of their work and respect their bosses to working difficult, dangerous, and dirty job (3d jobs).

These reason why many presidents in Mtossa including Catharine Railman support giving citizenship to all Zerdun workers although many politicians and people oppose. In 2043, Zerdun people gain their citizenship in Mtossa.
